During my tenure, I successfully deployed these environments to support over 500K engineers globally within 8 years. I engaged with stakeholders at all levels, from practitioners to CxOs, to ensure that the proposed solution met their technical and business requirements. I was at the forefront of pioneering IBM Engineering deployment on emerging platforms and technologies, such as public cloud providers. Furthermore, I led the establishment and management of the Jazz.net Deployment Wiki and community, where I drove and documented deployment best practices. I oversee all Stages content products, including the Automotive Process Framework (APF) and reference models for Automotive, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), and Medical standards. My primary focus is to ensure that the APF support key industry standards and frameworks such as ASPICE, Essential SAFe, ISO 26262:2018, ISO 21434:2022, and ISO 21448:2022. I lead the development and evolution of the APF, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and customer expectations. By collaborating closely with customers, I develop content products that meet their specific needs, resulting in new modules tailored to address particular challenges. My role also involves leveraging the APF to significantly reduce the time and cost for customers to develop their Automotive product/project development processes. Show less
