Reported directly to the NRG Home CEO. -Led the transformation to create NRG Home including recruiting and hiring its CEO and key members of the leadership team, developing goals & objectives, budgets, organizational models, incentive plans and employee engagement programs. -Developed comprehensive strategy approved by the Board to move to a demand-driven business model deploying technology and services to more than 3M customers. -Directed the effort to build the Home operating platform including systems and processes to enable cross selling, as well as various initiatives to optimize customer experience. -Took on a senior leadership role at the residential solar division directing efforts to integrate and build an operating platform for reliability and growth. Led improvements in operational disciplines and processes resulting in an improvement in Days to Install by 56%. Built the organizational model, developed key performance metrics and daily dashboard to effectively mange the business. Directed the financial activities which drove down Costs per Watt by over 30%.
