  Lastsecond is a platform where travel agencies list their tours, allowing travelers to search for and purchase the best options. I started my UX career here, conducting research to improve the user experience by simplifying the tour selection process. One key issue was that users expected to book tours directly but were redirected to agency websites, which frustrated them. To fix this, we changed the label on the 'Select' button to 'Direct Purchase from Travel Agency' and added a 'Book Tour' option, allowing users to book directly through our platform. Though this process was slightly longer, it allowed users to submit a booking request through an online form.   Otaghak is an online platform for booking accommodation, villas and houses. The hosts were very slow in updating their calendars, which resulted in revenue loss. We collaborated with customer care and conducted a series of interviews and visits to the accommodations to resolve this issue, which led to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction.   ‌Bourseeye was an active company in the stock market sector. Initially, I worked there as a UX consultant. After conducting interviews and usability tests on the content page, we identified that users found the page design unsuitable for reading. Once we identified the design problem, we changed the content section from three columns to two. We updated the page tags and improved the categorization using card sorting, helping users find topics of interest faster. These changes reduced the bounce rate and improved ‌Bourseeye's Google search ranking from the second page to the first, eventually landing in the top five results for certain keywords. Show less

  Testady is an online platform for conducting user research, with one of its key products being usability testing and reporting. I was responsible for implementing and analyzing data at Testadi. After the operations team conducted the tests, they were handed over to me. I reviewed and finalized the usability reports and delivered them to the client.   Product Designer

  Nebka, the parent company of ‌Bourseeye, offered me a full-time product designer position after a year of consulting. I worked on CryptoEye, an app aimed at reducing risks in cryptocurrency transactions. Usability tests revealed users had difficulty finding and modifying analytical charts. After conducting interviews and benchmarking, I proposed a redesign to simplify the app. Despite the risks, we shifted to a minimal design, and as a result, user engagement in the chart section increased from 10 to 40 seconds.   I work as a consultant at IronLink, a VPN company that entered the Iranian market following the Mahsa Amini protests. Initially, we redesigned the logo to make it more understandable for Iranian users. Given the extensive internet censorship in Iran, VPNs are essential for almost all online activities, and users primarily need them for everyday use. Consequently, many users struggle with complex VPN purchase processes. To address this, we designed a simplified purchasing process based on benchmarking and user interviews, and we also included a section for more advanced users. Show less
