      Responsible for all primary duties on the MC-130P Combat Shadow aircraft in a unit whose mission includes long-range infiltration/exfiltration and resupply of Special Operation Forces. Maintained qualifications in day/night low-level flight, helicopter air refueling, in-flight refueling, night vision goggle (NVG) operations, and aerial delivery of personnel and equipment. Supervised the loading, unloading, distribution and restraint of cargo aboard unit assigned aircraft. Executed the safe handling and proper deployment of aircraft pyrotechnics. Prepared and reviewed all load manifest, hazardous cargo certificates, border clearances and aircraft weights and balance clearance forms. Operated aircraft subsystems and analyzed and corrected equipment and cargo malfunctions. Also Maintained additional qualifications on the C-130E aircraft. Managed ground and flight training programs for over 120 instructors/450 currencies with 11 aircraft spanning 3 air frames.Key results:Contributed to the graduation of 815 Special Operations and Personnel recovery aircrew members. Streamlined the pre-departure checklists saving 2 days preparation time off every off-station training event.
