      Directed development and business continuity for Partner Payment processes responsible for $1B in annual revenue. Designed monthly invoice, control and reporting processes. Subject matter expert in billing, audit, information systems, data mining, process mapping and system integration. Directed development and business continuity for the MAPS system, an Oracle billing system used to invoice over 750 million dollars to strategic bank alliances. Managed monthly invoice, control and reporting processes for these systems. Utilized Six Sigma methodologies to sunset Paypoint front and back end systems to First Data platforms. Processed mapped the boarding and billing systems for Concord Merchant Services. Generated over $20 million of bottom line benefit through audit and reconciliation of Third Party invoices. Closed over 7.000 third party profiles that were open for cancelled and non-processing merchants. Directed 5 programmers and 2 project managers responsible and development and maintenance of MAPS, an Oracle Billing system and On-Line Profitability (OLP) a web-based merchant profitability and portfolio management product. Implemented Capability, Maturity Model and Waterfall system development methodologies. Managed a yearly budget of $2 million dollars. Managed the audit and control of the MAPS system. Performed IT and Internal audit of the system identifying significant gaps. Many interface files were neither accurate or complete. Records were dropped during processing. There were no file tracking processes causing missed billing. Contractual rates did not reconcile to contracts. There were no controls around rate changes, monthly processing and invoice review. Wrote requirements and managed changes necessary for Y2K.
