Investigation of raised NC's, holds and using techniques like fish bone diagram and "5 Why's"​ system for performing root cause analysis, and provide corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) wherever essential.10. Organise calibration or repair of any QC/ production related equipment's that is malfunctioning.11. Training staff on HACCP plans and make sure they are completely aware of its functioning.12. Make sure that the quality systems in the site are working effectively and helping to produce products that meet customer expectations.13.
