Our first event raised over ÂŁ5000 for the charity Love Support Unite.www.lovesupportunite.orgI took a lead role in the event by managing the project from initial idea stage, through to finding accommodation and suppliers in the region, creating the challenge and planning all logistical elements. In addition to assisting with participant recruitment, I worked with partners to bring in influencers to support marketing and develop a content coverage plan with media specialists. I was also in charge of overseeing the social media posting and participant administration. Once on the ground in Norway, I oversaw a team of volunteers and worked closely with all suppliers, to ensure the event ran smoothly, and that everyone had an incredible adventure.
