      My first position in the company was as Customer Service Officer. Given the fact that the companyactivates in Tel-co field, my role was to assure that the new services contracts were activated andinvoiced according to the terms and conditions.Besides this main activity, I was responsible also for investigating the complaints and solving thedisputes we received by e-mail or by phone.After the fusion between Dial Telecom and Digital Cable Systems, my former department split intoCustomer Service and Billing. I chose to work as a Billing and Collection analyst, which included dailytasks as issuing special invoices for clients that had a custom made billing schedule, e-mail andphone communication and the most important activity, the monthly invoicing process.       My team and I were in charge of the Operational department transactions for the Procurement Dept., which means the analysis of the services or goods, price quotations, compliance check and the finalprocessing of the orders placed through the purchasing tool.Furthermore, I do also a back-office part, meaning e-mails and phone support, in the customersmother tongue, German or English.During my time here I participated in a number of projects regarding spend analysis, developmentopportunities, database maintenance, user acceptance tests and tools optimization.Currently, I took over the spend analysis and key performance measurement reporting activity, whichinvolves monthly report extracting and data manipulation. The purpose of the spend breakdown reportis highlighting the buying channels used for ordering goods and services and the main commoditycategories expenses. Furthermore, I also identify the process adherent and non-adherent spenddivided for the purchasing organizations of the company.The key performance measurement reporting deals with calculating the key performance indicatorsfor every FTE, turn-around-time and cycle time for our daily tasks.On many occasions I have received positive feedback from both my superiors and clients.       The team I am leading now delivers PaaS, namely cloud platform services. Additional to the team lead role, I also manage the PaaS delivery projects.My efforts are constant in delivering measured performance. Having built a strong relationship with the service owner, I received green light to modify the roles in the team as I saw fit in order to keep them up to the technology changes on the market. Therefore I provided savings in rate card by employing fresh graduates and I changed the scope of a redundant network engineer position to DevOps. I was the coordinator of the automationproject, which used UI Path, and the scope of the robot was to automatically move a bulk of datafrom one app to another, thus relieving the order manager from manual work.Through all the hard work the team and I have done, the relationship with the customer had becomestrong and based on mutual trust.
