  • Design and development of jigs or fixtures using Creo parametric as per the requirement of manufacturing divisions. • On-site surveying of existing conditions at concerned locations. • Making standard operating procedures for operating developed jigs or fixtures. • Evaluation of project feasibility based on material, equipment, and labor expenses. • Improving clamping techniques for effective tightening setup. • Developed several fixtures and improved clamping solutions using tool designing principles. • Developed drawing automation technique for the industrial department using Creo in order to improve time efficiency in manual and time-consuming tasks.• Also served as a marine gearbox design engineer and developed a prototype of a naval gearbox.
