Show less As the Maintenance Post Holder for our DCCG operation, I was responsible for maintaining a high standard of safety and airworthiness in Aircraft Operations:- Act as a focal point of contact between the maintenance organisation and the regulatory authority (DCA).- Ensure continued airworthiness of aircraft is maintained in accordance with Bristow procedures and regulatory compliance.- Provide reports to Senior Management and the DCA - Reporting of Maintenance Safety and Maintenance Occurrence Reports- Promote and ensure the implementation of a safety culture in alignment with Bristow's core values- Ensure that Maintenance personnel are appropriately qualified and trained to perform their tasks- Monitor and update procedures to reflect changes in the operation Show less As a Business Development Technical Lead, my primary responsibilities are to provide Technical Assistance to the regional Business Development Teams':- Provide accurate and timely inputs to BD teams for ITT, SQ, RFQ, RFP, etc through to completion including Technical Responses to User Requirements in alignment with Shipley methodology.- Work with regional Business Development teams to ensure a complete understanding of Tender requirements.- Work with Fleet Management to determine and define MRO inputs into the bid process. Show less As an SLAE I was responsible for the Management of Aircraft Base Maintenance Inspections in a high-pressured Oil & Gas and Search & Rescue environment:- Manage Major inspections across numerous locations on the AW139, AW189 and S92A Aircraft- Develop technical documentation to help streamline Heavy Maintenance inspections and improve safety whilst driving efficiency.- Responsible for all Production Planning and Maintenance tasks whilst managing a large team made up of varying skills and personalities.- Liaise and develop key working relationships with management, manufacturers and other business units to gain trust and exploit potential opportunities.- Supporting re-delivery of Aircraft to Lessors'.- Involved in Management projects including re-writing the AW189 AMPI, Introduction of SAP and Lean processes.- Return Aircraft to service on or before the RTS to maximise potential revenue and flexibility within the fleet.
