      Daily production report collect from the factory and submit to the production preparing meeting. Doing the final inspection, in line inspection like cutting section, Sewing section, finishing section. Always follow the buyers’ approval sample and comments during the production period. Make the trim card check with Merchandisers before the bulk production start. Counting the quantity of the bulk which will be inspected when the factory arrived. And comparing whether it have enough finished products with client’s booking. Inspect the garment’s quality: find out the defected workmanship, the packing, the measurements, the design, sometimes also need to check the weight, and so on. Then divide the defects sort: which is major and which is minor. Then write the inspect report and ask the factory principal to signature on the report.
