      POOLED MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION• Oversee the management and administration of the South Sudan Humanitarian Fund (SSHF). • Advice the OCHA Head of Office and the Humanitarian Coordinator (HC) on humanitarian priorities for the Fund and strategic prioritisation in response.• Lead on the Fund allocations to critical priorities and coordination with the InterCluster Coordination Group, donors, the SSHF Advisory Board, Cluster Coordinators, UN agencies, and non-governmental organisations. INTER-CLUSTER ANALYSIS AND PRIORITISATION • Lead the analysis of existing information and facilitate joint inter-cluster and inter-agency analysis and inter-sectoral prioritisation to guide efficient allocation of funds. • Facilitate Area-based response planning and prioritisation of community-based needs for coordinated response. POLICY DEVELOPMENT• Support Global and Country -level development of policy documents and guidelines pertaining to the Administration and Management of Country-Based Pooled Funds including SSHF operational manual, risk management and compliance guidelines and allocation strategy documents.ACCOUNTABILITY AND RISK MANAGEMENT• Oversee the implementation of SSHF Accountability and Risk management guidelines applicable to the Fund.• Support partners on understanding and compliance with SSHF policy guidelines through trainings and consultations.PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT: • Oversee the entire project cycle including implementation monitoring, reporting and evaluation of SSHF funded projects.• Lead in the Fund's Theory of Change and develop monitoring plans for SSHF projects. • Oversee the SSHF monitoring and reporting and innovative approaches to impact measurement in SSHF projects.DONOR RELATIONS AND RESOURCE MOBILIZATION • Lead the development of Fund's resource mobilisation strategy and action plans.• Hold regular meetings with donors to advocate for resources and update them on humanitarian priorities.
