  Instructor of Space/Materiality, part of the first year curriculum within the School of Art & Design, History & Theory at Parsons. Space/Materiality focuses on different design, drawing, and building strategies across a broad spectrum of materials, as well as investigations into the usage of space in haptic, inhabited, and social/ecological based projects. In addition to teaching and trouble-shooting in the classroom, I create slide and video tutorials, design projects and demos, and during the closure of the school during the Covid-19 pandemic, successfully taught the remaining seven weeks of the semester entirely over the Zoom video conference platform.Instructor of Made in New York, an elective within Parsons first year curriculum. This class familiarizes students to Industry in New York City, past and present. Through tours, interviews, and projects, students think critically about methods of production, scale, and sustainability within the unique context of New York. Show less
