Synchronizing with county databases, this tool modernizes the day to day operations of multiple departments leading to dramatic increases in efficiency, customer service, and regional collaboration. * Established continual improvement strategies leveraging the principles of LEAN Six Sigma in the day-to-day functions to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate defects.* Leverage conflict management background to resolve disputes with residents, property owners, realtors, and tenants for issues associated with code enforcement activities.* Developed and lead programs and policies that continue to eliminate housing blight and stabilize the housing market stemming from the effects of the 2007 Housing Market crisis.   * Serving a 5-year council appointment tasked with developing and implementing the City's Community Vision through the review of developer projects and city initiatives.* Responsible for running meetings of five commission members, reviewing requests for conditional use permits, lot reconfigurations, overlay districts, parking plans, public improvements, ordinance changes, and other planning-related functions.* As the current Chairperson of this body, guided and shaped the Downtown Development project at the site of the former hospital.
