  - Responsible for implementation of maintenance programs in rebars rolling mill , combined wire rod and spooler rolling mill plants - Leadership of a team of 4 shift Engineers,1 general foremen and 3 technicians - keep the equipment reliability and availability within the targeted KPIs- keep process stability under high rates of time utilization and material yield and fulfill the best of production quality which can be guaranteed through analytic troubleshooting, analyzing, reporting, counter-measuring and following up.- Prepare periodic preventive, corrective maintenance plans and follow up execution.- Prepare annual, monthly and weekly reports that enable tracking KPIs.- Enhance manpower and improve their skills.- Follow up, revise and analyze the predictive maintenance actions executed by external specialists and consider the recommended actions in the repair activities.- Develop failures analysis of repeated stoppages and follow up counter measure actions to prevent recurrence.- Follow up daily inspection activities.- Prepare major repair activities and spare parts needed.- Follow up daily and monthly repair activities and major repair shutdowns.- Develop technical study, evaluate, approve the purchase orders Via MACC – Oracle software and inspect them after delivery.- Issue and approve the requisitions for needed spare parts Via MACC software. - Keep safety precautions for members & equipment.
