  In this role I worked alongside both the scientific and commercial teams. I undertook customer research projects both small scale (individual analyses) and large scale (full freeze-drying method development) as well as assisting on the training courses offered by BTL.I also assisted the commercial team in specifying instrumentation based on customer URS. I was then responsible for sourcing and testing customer systems prior to dispatch as well as leading the installation and training as the customers site. Show less In this role I became part of the newly developed commercial team where I was responsible for identifying new sales leads for the instrumentation portfolio as well as maintaining existing customer accounts. I had input into the marketing effort and the company re-branding and helped to launch the third generation freeze-drying microscope.I also maintained my role in the sourcing, testing, dispatch and on-site installation and training of the instruments provided by BTL.
