  I oversaw and manage all new client onboarding. Expion was recently awarded as the highest performing SRP in the area for onboarding and support by Forrester. My responsibilities include ensuring a client is properly configured and implemented into Expion's enterprise platform. Expion is a highly customizable solution to meet an array of needs of global Fortune 1000 companies. With each client I meet and consult on best practices to ensure a seamless transition into our enterprise suite. As a senior account manager, my primary responsibilities are maintaining strong relationships with both Expion's domestic and international clients and partners; training new clients on how to effectively manage their number of social channels and brands with our tool, and educating clients on new features with the software. I quickly grew at Expion from an account assistant to a senior account manager managing dozens of household name brands.
