  Responsible for the IT infrastructure in the Southern Military Command Headquarter. As part of the duties were computer network, firewall, proxy, DNS and Intranet administration. Member os a team who developed and deployed an electronic mail system called "Direto" over Linux platform. Work was a partnership between Procergs (Center of Information Technology and Communication of Rio Grande do Sul State) and Brazilian Army. Responsible for the deployment and administration in the Army.

  Member of a team with focus to improve RMON2 Open Source agent over Linux platform. Such RMON2 agent was developed by myself as part of my Master degree (First free RMON2 agent developed in the world). Improvements in graphics, packet capture and processing capacity.

  Responsible for technology development on Latin America and Caribbean John Deere dealers. Head of a program to improve cybersecurity through a framework of controls and education/awareness sessions (105 dealers/groups to engage). Member of a team that is working into the implementation of two key systems for dealers (CRM and Service Operations). Part of the duties are understand business processes and design then with new systems, influence dealer´s leadership about culture changes (CRM culture) and lead a implementation plan to deploy solutions. Duties are budget control, contract negotiations, operationalize services between internal teams and supplier, escalation point if SLAs or anything is not working as supposed to work. Led initiative to replace partner to improve service quality (mature/agile processes, improve availability/performance, active-active data center design, cloud connectivity). Outcome: relocation completed with zero business impact and cost savings of R$1.6M (63% less) annually.
