My responsibilities included weekly audits of injection molding machines to ensure real-time data was within range of setup sheet values, along with checking machines for the correct material, regrind/moisture percentages, and dryer temperatures.I also took a weekly inventory of slow moving goods that had been held in storage, wired Mold-Vac ventilation machines to eliminate gas entrapment and thus reducing reject rates of parts, and performing preventative maintenance of machine dryers to ensure that dryers operated at the correct temperature and at prime condition.
