This allowed for rapid growth in developing the ability to notice and understand team member assets/skills to better disperse the tasks, as well as deadline management, such as sticking to deadlines and dealing with unplanned results or events that derail planned timelines.My work was focused on database system design/implementation and applied quantum-safe cybersecurity algorithms on both software and hardware systems, namely NTRU Encrypt, as a way to combat Shor's algorithm. The hardware based encryption project was done with NovTech over the course of six months. Show less
