  As the Head of Career Events at CSA-EUR, I was responsible for managing a team of 6, while overseeing all career-related events in the organisation. This included the ‘CSA-EUR Career Days’, the biggest China-related recruitment event in the Benelux with 20+ companies and over 180 participants. Moreover, we also hosted monthly events like in-house days and trainings with our corporate partners such as Bain & Company, Deloitte, BCG, Loyens & Loeff and Huawei. With the team, I negotiated sponsorship deals with corporates and we achieved an increase of 200% in acquisition revenue.
