      Solder Technician/ Rework Technician/ Micro-Technician (tuning)

At this company, I learn how to used the Micro_scope soldering. Made Coils by using the 36 gauge of silver wire and made coils in between 2 turns to 30 turns. Soldering the coils into the aluminum housing about between 1" inch 1x2x2 and put at least 5 coils, straps, little aluminum into the tube for made of jumpers. Most of work done in the company were ultilize by microscope soldering and hot plat.9 months as Solder Techinican; 8 months as Rework Technician; and 6 months as Micro-Technician (tuning the tube by looking at the excellent signal of Sign Wave then forward to Engineering for approval and Seal then re-checking for the signal of excellent sign wave) Show less
