  CSR Global Access is an enhancement feature to the People@work application. This feature is designed to allow authorized ADP CSR's with the ability to access all People@work client sites using a single digital certificate and to audit the changes made by the ADP CSR's on client databases. And also this feature should support smooth access transfer between People@work and Pay@work (where Employees Pay data saved) when providing support to Performance Pack Clients (Clients who have access to HR & payroll application). Roles and Responsibilities: I have involved in designing this feature along with architecture.   Worked on the ADP Canada Payroll applications I.e. best achievement is one of the application people@work application was not compliant with Microsoft's Vista operating system. Increasingly, ADP Canada clients are migrating to Vista. No formal work around is available to support clients who have migrated to Vista. Microsoft's upcoming operating system, Windows 7, uses the same core architecture as Vista. ADP Canada initially found that the issue is with the RDC (Remote Data components) which was used by respective applications and was about to re-write the entire product which takes minimum of 3 years. With my own initiation I started working on different approaches if it can be fixed without re-writing. I customized the ActiveX controls i.e. Grid and Combo controls in such a way that it will allow to work application on Vista and higher versions of OS. The code changes were very minimal and the functionality, Performance remained unaffected. This project was selected for TOP 6 value-Adds from India team.Roles and Responsibilities:As a developer involved in re-designing and developing the application. Re-designing of the HTC components and legacy asp pages.Re-designing of the Integration events generation.Created interfaces to be implemented by DAO records that hold codes and descriptionsCreated a technical document explaining the application workflow.Involved in the code review sessions to review the code written by the team membersResponsible for updating the application in pre-production, after implementing and testing the requested changes.Provided production support and maintenance for the project.
