      My main duties were to ensure that all aircraft loading was completed in a secure manner and that all flight baggage was accounted for. I liaised with the ground handling crew and air crew to ensure aircraft boarding would commence as per schedule to ensure no delay. I was also responsible for the load planning which would include where aircraft baggage would be loaded and the location where passengers would sit.During this period I spent 1 year working at London Heathrow which enabled me to develop my skills with larger aircraft and an operation on a larger scale.
