  Part of a global initiative led by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan House London, is presenting the very best of Japanese art, design, gastronomy, innovation, and technology and deepens our appreciation of all that Japan has to offer.My role with JH involves leading, developing, managing and motivating the Visitor Assistant team to ensure customer service and visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards, with a hands-on management style. I am also responsible for overseeing the over-arching running of the premises ensuring that the highest standards of customer experience for our visitors are being provided, and ensuring that the Health and Safety policy is adhered to throughout.Also part of my responsibilities include admin, producing, enhancing and maintaining procedures, and monitoring and updating staff records. Setting up daily goals and applying a pioneering system of recording visitor experiences, in order to achieve the organisation's KPIs.
