  Director of operations

  Served as the Principal staff officer responsible for planning, organizing, managing and directing daily oversight of all functional elements as they pertain to operations and mobilization; training and mission support; intelligence and security and emergency services (anti-terrorism, law-enforcement, physical security, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high yield explosives (CBRNE), fire and emergency services) for the entire Army. Maintained continuous overview of all programs to ensure they were aligned and supportive of the Army Campaign Plan and the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) mission. Provided oversight and execution of over one third of the $13 billion IMCOM budget. Directed policy, procedural and operational change consistent with Department of Defense, Army, Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, and Installation Management Command programs guidance to gain maximum efficiencies and eliminate duplications. Managed a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma project for the Installation Management Command. Established and maintained effective lines of communication between HQ Installation Management Command, the seven IMCOM regions, Army Service Supporting Commands, HQDA and the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations and Environment and other agencies.   Serving as the Army Agency Account Manager in support of the Federal Team, Building Efficiency, Johnson Controls Inc, CONUS and OCONUS. Responsible for facilitating and supporting Sales Design Engineers, Sales Managers, Account Executives,and individual JCI Branches in their efforts to secure energy savings projects through the use of alternative financing, specifically Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), Utility Monitoring Control Systems (UMCS), and Energy Conservation Investment Program (ECIP). Developed over $500 million in scoped work in almost five years for JCI. Provides priority information requirements on a quarterly basis to our Federal Team that enables JCI to maintain a sustained competitive advantage over competitive Energy Service Companies (ESCOs).
