  In this role I coordinate the schedules for the interpreters of our main campus hospital, who work to interpret the many languages of our patients and families in the clinical and inpatient setting. I also maintain the video remote interpreting equipment and the translating of medical documents. In this role I guided our patients through their experience at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and was the face of the patient experience. I focused on quality customer service and always being a friendly face to the patients and their families.
