  Served as the primary supervisor for the security desk staff in Marchetti Towers West. Responsible for coordinating desk schedules, mentoring staff of 30 desk workers, planning training, and upholding university COVID-19 safety precautions, maintaining morale among desk staff, reporting accurate student payroll time-sheets, and other administrative tasks. Served as a peer tutor for the following courses: General Chemistry, General Biology, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Financial Accounting. Served as a resource and advisor 45 residents. Facilitated a diverse community through creating social and educational programming. Promoted understanding of experiences by working with a diverse team. Trained and experienced in conflict mediation and arbitration. Trained in emergency protocol and crisis management. Recipient of Circle of Excellence workplace award in 2019. Worked to maintain the security of a residence hall that houses upwards of 300 residents. Responsibilities included working overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends to keep the building safe from intruders at all times, provide a friendly demeanor and welcoming atmosphere for residents in the building, and being knowledgeable of university policy to assist when needed in emergent situations.
