      I worked as an animator in a diving holiday center. My role was to manage groups of children between 9 and 18 years old, organize and create educational activities.Surveillance and prevention were also important aspects of my work, as the center is located by the sea and takes place in the summer.

      As a Brand Content Manager, UX Designer and Developer for Pop-in, I participated in the development of the first chatbot that makes babies (and parents) sleep. 👶I worked on this project when it was still an idea, and in a small team, we interviewed parents to better understand their needs, thanks to the lean start-up method. Our work also consisted in creating a personality for the chatbot, in adequacy with the expectations of the users. Once defined, we identified reliable sources to provide relevant and adapted answers, inspired by Neurosciences and Developmental Psychology, in collaboration with a UX Writer for the chatbot personality.Finally, I learned to use technologies like DialogFlow, ChatFuel or ManyChat to to develop the different features of Pop-in.
