  Jayewardenepura Exchange & Leadership Development Seminar is a residential conference, organized by the AIESEC in University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with the aim of developing their members as future leaders of the world. JXLDS 4.0 enables participants to develop their leadership knowledge, helps out to find their correct place in the modern diverse society and to discover and develop their hidden leadership potential in accordance with world-wide leaders’ experiences.As the OCVP Events; my basic responsibilities were: Event planing and monitoring (making the timelines, scheduling the event orders, listing the logistics, budgeting for the event costs) In addition I was directly involved with raising funds/ sponsorships for the event and keeping external relationships. Also I prepared the Delegate information Booklets, in order to pass the important information to the delegates participating for the event, and the post event Report to be shared with the sponsors and other stakeholders of the event.
