  I attended monthly meetings along with three other young people, sharing my voice to help support and grow a nationwide community of young womenOne of our main focuses was organising two national events from start to finish. This involved creating an event theme and marketing, curating inspiring content, ensuring the event was accessible and inclusive, and supporting event delivery on the day.My contribution included managing the social media at the events to ensure ambassadors who couldn’t attend could feel included in the event.I also was focused on well-being and how to make the events comfortable and accessible to everyone.   I am currently working as a commis chef in the 2 AA Rosette ‘Mirabelle’ Restaurant at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne.I am currently running the pastry section, designing desserts, and managing and completing prep for desserts, bread and petit fours for service every day, and ensuring everything is completed to a high standard. I am currently working as a pastry chef at The Mirabelle Restaurant at The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne.
