  Signing of US tax returns, both expats and inpats. Project Lead on the current Engagement Team. Have also worked on various engagement projects like billing and have thorough understanding of WFRT analysis. Have also been involved in advisory work like taking assignee briefing calls; hypo tax calculation; tax cost estimate calculation. My Role was that of Learning and Development Lead of our Mobility Services in Buenos Aires office. I have been assigned the mentoring role for the Tax Senior Group of our US tax Department for Individual taxation at the Buenos Aires office in Argentina. I was able to improve the overall utilization and service quality of the tax seniors there and was able to develop seven US individual tax return signers for our practice. My Argentina assignment ended in July 2016.
