  Since 2006 I have been responsible for project management and organizational development at KRIS. I have been acting deputy director the last couple of years.I have been responsible for the projects that KRIS and Unga KRIS run in Sweden and abroad (with budgets up to 11 million SEK and with up to 10 co-workers). I have been working daily within a complex environment and have always been involved and took responsibility for each step of the projects. I am also used to work with many parties involved, which has been challenging from an organizational and social aspect. I have extensive financial and economical knowledge regarding projects and organizations. I also had regular contacts with KRIS local associations and provided them with counseling and support. I also have extensive experience of working with active leadership. I have daily led, coached and supported my project teams and I have been trained in this field according to the Mia Törnblöm’s method. My leadership style is based on the following values: honesty, responsibility, direct communication and result. I am used to work with conflict management and always focus on the solution by moving the attention from the problem.I worked very closely with the board of the organization and the projects' reference groups.   Main achievements:- Successful co-management of an annual budget of 200 millions SEK (20 millions EUR) supporting the work of more that 140 organisations running development projects in 70 countries- Lead and coached a team of 9 persons (18 in absence of the Head of department)- Increased the effectivity and synergies of the processes used in the grant management system by including some LEAN principles - Initiated and managed the restructuration of the educational framework for partner organisations (toolkits, e-learning and face-to-face courses) in order to create synergies between the models and to answer directly the needs identified by the project officers when processing grant applications and reportsMain areas of responsibility:- Co-responsible for management of the department (incl. budget)- Member of the management group- Leadership and personal management of the project officers - Overall responsibility of the global capacity building programme (inclusive e-learning) and of the internslip programme- Overall responsibility of the project management system used within Forum Syd- Responsible for the implementation of LEAN within the department Forum Syd is a Swedish non-governmental member organisation founded in 1995 that channels Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) development funds to Swedish civil society organisations (CSOs) who work with international development.
