      In July 2023 I was asked to take on the role of Special Projects Manager, where I would help facilitate the change-over process at our store for our new and upcoming dealer. My duties included helping manage the change-over team with our inventory audits and warehouse clean out. My main areas of focus for this project was our Back Parts, Tire storage, and Garden Centre inventory storage areas. I was required to help count inventory and create spreadsheets for different inventory within that department to submit to our Change-Over consultants.
