  As a Senior Credit Officer and member of the Head Office Credit Committee, I had delegatory power to approve credit facilities. I was in charge of a portfolio that was geographical (Northen Asia, Japan and India) and sectorial (Aircraft financing, Shipping, Fixed Income). I was in charge of performing financial analysis on major asian group and project finance. I insured the monitoring of credit decisions and wrote up ad hoc studies :- Comparative impact of IFRS standards and HK GAAP,- HK conglomerates evolution,- Impact of HK Real Estate market evolution on economy. I assisted Relationship Managers in charge of large corporations (global players in concessions and constructions, white goods...) within BNP Paribas French Corporates retail network. I was part of a task force that managed the transition of clients from RBS to BNP Paribas, acting as a single point of entry for new customers until full implemetation of services.
