  Led creation of a new feature to manage software subscriptions using a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) system.Conducted 6+ hours of user interviews and analysed 30+ data points on Freshworks CRM software to determine user needs and goals for the access control. Designed 43+ screens that make up the access control, which allows Therabyte staff to have a high level of control over subscription management.Collaborated with the VP of Product 1-2x weekly to reiterate on the design and develop product-led growth methodology for managing SaaS access control.
