  The maintenance of engineering departement in Hotel handle of consumen complains from the user of departement until guest home. As the Ac Engineer, i controll of the refrigated machines condition such as the chiller,FAU (Fan Air Unit),AHU (Air Handling Unit),all the cold storage Unit and Ice Cube Maker. As the senior Staff i make the maintaining schedule all refrigated unit to cleaning evap filter, cleaning Condensing, Cleaning Water Strainer (for AHU), checking the V-belt, and also making the dailly journal (Reading Temperature) for Cold storage,Main Chiller,and refrigated machine for wine chiller and undertable chiller. For main chiller, we have 6 unit chiller, 1 chiller theres 4 unit compressor (@70 horse power each compessor power) and are equipted with 6 primary pump for flow out the cold water from chiller to building (the average temperature between 50C -7,50C, we called this Supply) and 3 unit Secondary pump for flow in the cold water from building to main Chiller (the average Temperature between 90C-110C, we called this return). But in condition the air is not difficult to exchance become normal air, we have FAHU (fresh Air Handling Unit).In this Unit the outside air we handle be Supply fresh Air. All the conditioning air system we can controll all the temperature with the BMS (Buiding Management System), eventhought so many kind of funtion of BMS using. The other side at Kitchen Equipment, there are 14 cold store for SpiceMarket Kitchen, 10 cold store unit for Green Room Kitchen,15 cold store for Market kitchen, 15 cold store for main kitchen, 2 unit for Pastry and 3 unit for beverage store.   Goverment Of Indonesia Has declared that Pandemic was over and Open for Traveling both of local and International. I have Promoted as Asst DOE when Bawah was busy to preparing the REOPENING. Pulau Bawah will Reopening on August 2022 and Pulau Bawah will Grand Opening On September 2022. I have Focussed with Pulau Elang because Pulau Bawah will be Handled by My Assistant Chief Engineer (before My DOE arrive in island). I have did extra Monitoring for Solar Panel Operational because during Pandemic we only distribute the Minimum power and this time to overview when we use the Maximum capacity. Generally we used 18 floating Platform solar Panel with 1 platform has 65 Panels which has 365 wph Power each Panel. our Plant also equipped by 455 KW lithium Batteries as the Back Up by Samsung Company and Inverter by Huawei. if the Sun have a great shine so from the Morning (totally 6-7 Hour) we use fully with Solar Panel Plant and Generator Diesel Will be Off. if the Sun is Low Shine and Solar Panel will syncrone with Batteries to distribute our electricity Consume. when The Batteries is down also so the system will Call the Generator to running and Auto load for Our Electricity Consume. Maintenance Operation for Solar Panel is Very Easy, the simple Thing we just need to watch the Pysical solar Panel such as from the cracked. Except the Floating Platform Panel we Provide also the Back Up Solar Panel around Staff Accommodation. We Install the Panel at Roof Staff Housing.
