  Was leading the LABS_F(Livelihood advance business school for farmers) programme of Dr Reddy's foundation in Uttar pradesh and chattishgar. In this position I was leading four teams of LABS-F programme situated in Varanashi, Chandouli , Mirzapur of uttarpradesh and Durg of Chattishgar. Main role was to operate the teams ,monitoring and improve the impacts within society . Target group was the farmers and the unemployed youths . The programme aimed to resolve the agriculture extension issues and linked the farmers to KVK, The programme also aimed to trained and placed the unemployed youths in different companies. In this time also we also implemented small livestock improvement programme in partnership with The Goat Trust . The targeted group of the Graduation approach programme is "Ultra Poor" people of interior area . According to Michael Lipton of the University of Sussex ultra poor is “a group of people who eat below 80% of their energy requirements despite spending at least 80% of income on food”The programme aimed to uplift one step out of poverty.
