  Currently responsible for driving Workforce Optimization as part of the People Supply Chain Management team priorities. I was responsible for the design, delivery and operationalization of key enablers of the growth architecture framework to create the right platforms for workforce optimization. I am also leading the implementation of the Workforce Optimization levers of utilization, pyramid management, capacity management and span of control under the Labour Economics construct with a view to drive profitability per employee.Was earlier leading the talent strategic focus area of driving the Exceptional Employee Experience charter at GDS and co-created the entire charter across the employee lifecycle and operationalized the framework with senior talent leaders. Was also part of the Future of Work initiatives amongst other key initiatives aimed at bringing to life the Talent Reimagination journey.Prior to this, have worked on different roles in Talent Aquisition during my stints in Gurgaon and Bangalore; managing hiring for all Client Services, Enablement Services and GDS Operations functions initially to specializing in leading the hiring initiatives for Tax, EY Knowledge, GDS Operations, University relations and other specific Enablement Services roles as the organization evolved in scale, complexity and locations.
