  - I joined HSS as a pilot batch member where I was involved in the initial migration of Trade Capture Input process for Hedge Funds. I went to Kolkata for the initial migration training and migrated the first set of funds for TCI process.- I was appointed as the Section Coach for the team where I was involved in performing audits and conducting process specific training for new joiners.- In the absence of my line manager I successfully completed the fourth phase of a fund migration by planning migration training with Kolkata trainers, managing daily work and audit, daily capacity utilization and additional client queries.   - Working as an Assistant Manager Business Training in HSBC Securities Services department, where the main operation activities are to perform Accounting and Valuation activity for Traditional and Alternative funds.- Main responsibilities are to conduct different process induction programs to new joiners, technical workshops and process specific workshops to existing staff, prepare training material and to look after all the training needs for the teams which I am the responsible for. (Seven different teams in three different jurisdictions which are UK, HK and SG)- I conduct system training for five different systems named ICON, Cadis, AWD, CARS and IMS. - Travelled to Malaysia and Hong Kong to conduct Multifonds Accounting and Valuations system training for Trustee and Depository staff members in Malaysia and Accounting and Valuation service delivery team in Hong Kong (month of July and August,2014)- Worked with HK Business training team and assisted the new trainer who joined the HK BPT team to conduct the Multifonds A & V training.- In 2011 and 2012 I was involved in BPR as the main coordinator from training team (Business Process Re - engineering) which was one of the major projects in HSS. Ensured 100% completion of up-skilling for all staff which was a combination of on-line modules and instructor led training sessions.- In the second phase of the BPR project I was directly involved learning the new process module, preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for in house staff as well as train the trainer sessions for Kolkata business trainers.- In 2010 I was involved in migrating two Gross Asset Value related activities which are Capital Activities and Fixed Fees. Went to Kolkata with two operations colleagues for the migration training which was conducted by Dublin trainers. I prepared new training material which was approved by the Dublin trainers to conduct the training across Colombo and Kolkata. Show less
