February 15, 1991 I became the Executive Director, because I am the principal founder of the Organization HCCB, as a rules and norms of constitution.My responsibility communication and liaison with donor agencies/ country and fund raising, project preparation and its proper implementation, project personnel recruitment and volunteer arrangement, reporting sometime evaluation, visiting and attending meeting and conference,General and Executive meeting arrangement etc. HCCB is a non-profit, non-government,voluntary, social welfare Organisation/ NGO is concern to the poor and disadvantaged people for their upliftment. Has been working primary education, non-formal adult education, mother and child health care, income generating activities for poverty alleviation,human rights specially to the women and children and vulnerable groups,small agriculture and agro based activities, and so on. When practically started work since 1991 I become Executive DirectorActually I am the chief founder of the Organization HCCB. I got the position and responsibility as an Executive Director since inception.At present the same position but work and responsibility become enhanced.
