  During the month of July, 2017, I worked at English Today's Summer School as an English teacher. We worked with children from the age of three to the age of thirteen years old. Girona is around nine hours away from where I live in Spain, therefore it was an incredible experience in every way possible. I met new people, I learned about a new culture and language (Catalan), and I experienced what working at a summer school was like. As languages are my passion, this experience certainly was enriching as we mixed three of them (English, Spanish and Catalan).We taught English in a fun, dynamic way, while trying to help our students fall in love with language learning.   I worked at English Today (Summer School) for the first time in July, 2017. In 2018, Samantha (my boss) offered me the summer position again and I accepted, of course. Once again, we worked with children from three to thirteen years old. I got the chance to practise my Catalan again (outside of work, of course), and I also had the opportunity to see my students' progress from the previous year. "Another year of Summer School has come to an end. I am so fortunate to have experienced two summers here. I know no other profession as gratifying as a teacher’s.As well as teaching our students, we learn something new every day from them.
