We consult and connect best practices of hubs and diversity networks to ensure a Lean In experience for our employees around the globe. As a part of this, we meet with so many different passionate diversity networks at Medtronic and help tailor this program accordingly to their needs. It's a growing program, and we are looking forward to learning and teaching more every year.
