  At Longo Brothers Fruit Markets, I led the end-to-end development of the Grocery Gateway e-commerce platform, building the entire infrastructure from scratch. This included setting up both lower and upper environments, ensuring a robust and scalable foundation for the platform. I established and managed an in-house development team, overseeing the hiring, training, and mentoring of team members in SAP Hybris. Key achievements include upgrading the SAP Hybris platform, implementing Auto-Replenishment and Subscription Modules, and enhancing overall platform functionality.In addition to managing the e-commerce platform, I was responsible for the CRM (Dynamics 365) and WMS (Storepick) applications, with teams reporting directly to me.
