I delivered a various of business change projects and programmes such as delivering broadband infrastructure across Oxfordshire (£40m procurement) and reviewing the Council’s approach to its investment in transport (annual spend of £31m).

      Worked for Wiley within the scholarly journals business (~$900m). My role had two main aspects - drive global transformational change and helping our organisation be the best it can be through talent development, continuous improvement and engaged colleagues; I also sat on the Leadership Team. As programme manager I focussed on delivering our major transformation initiative, Project 17, which was tasked with reducing the cost of operations. This involved restructuring the organisation, over 1500 staff, across US, EMEA and Asia and redefining business processes. I was responsible for programme managing Project 17 (over 20 separate initiatives) which included shaping, planning, resolving issues and liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.

Delivered projects overhauling the IT infrastructure of the museums and gardens (new data centres, cloud based infrastructure, server rooms and managed desktops), new audience facing framework and associated digital services (main websites, commercial systems and researchers services).

      Led our Go Green program tasked with understanding our environmental footprint and delivering changes to reduce our impact as part of Wiley's drive toward carbon net zero. I also ran Wiley's overall Climate Taskforce driving us towards net zero and developing our other environmental goals. Led change initiatives around business optimisation and environmental sustainability. Delivered major changes to our print infrastructure enabling significant reduction in Wiley's environmental and financial footprint.
