Reporting to the General Manager, my core responsibilities were Operations and Warranty Management for all locations in Western Region, as well as Inter-departmental Project Management, Network Identification & Feasibility Studies (externally and internally by converting underperforming sites at Petromin Express into Petromin Nissan retail outlets) and Product Development on a National Level (beyond my regional role). This was also my first experience with 3 outlets.Main Achievements: ➠ Initiated and executed a diverse set of internal cross referral programmes with Petromin Express, Petromin Fuel and Primo Supermarkets which were all under the same umbrella of AlDabbagh group ➠ Local Campaign initiatives: Highest historic revenue for 3branches ➠ Store Audit Process improvements and optimization by 33% ➠ introduction of 2 highly profitable/high margin products and services (Eco Car Wash and One Shot Antibacterial sanitizer) for the entire network (beyond my territory) ➠ Network expansion mapping and identification for the entire Western, Central and Southern Region: current developments are based on my work and contact synergies Show less

PAC specializes in light-mechanical & electrical maintenance & repair for Multi-Brand passenger vehicles with major services including certified Periodic Maintenance Service, Engine Repair, Transmission & Suspension Services, A/C & Electrical Services.  Job Details, Responsibilities & Comments: Led the complete relaunch and rebranding of Petromin AutoCare, driving strategic growth, operations, and business development across 35+ outlets. Oversaw market expansion, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Managed high-impact projects in recruitment, inventory, sales, and customer retention (CSI 90%). Reported directly to the CEO, aligning with corporate strategy, optimizing profitability, and ensuring top-tier service standards while mentoring and developing senior leadership teams.Main Achievements: ➠ Broke-even (Operational Profit) a 6 year chronic-loss making Brand within 2 months of joining as a first in history. ➠ Brand Relaunch Project: Led the full planning and execution of the Petromin AutoCare relaunch.
