  I am thrilled to announce my new role as a Technical Writer at Growave, an all-in-one marketing solution for Shopify stores. In this position, I will leverage my experience in technical writing and translation to enhance and maintain our user documentation and help center. My responsibilities include improving self-help articles and expanding existing content with up-to-date screenshots, gifs, and video guides to ensure they are comprehensive, clear, and user-friendly; creating new helpful content to cover the evolving features of the Growave app; and restructuring the help center to increase user satisfaction and reduce the workload on first-line support.My primary goal is to create and maintain high-quality documentation that effectively supports our software users. Success will be measured by key performance metrics such as the number of visits and page views, unique visitors, search success rate, article ratings, time on page, bounce rate, and most importantly ticket deflection rate. This new role is a significant step in my career, allowing me to blend my skills to create impactful user documentation and contribute to Growave's mission. Show less
