      -Will work primarily with the QHSE/Marine Manager/DPA to attend to the safety,Security and environmental needs of the vessel and the requirements of clients.-Will liaise regularly with vessel, dealing with company SMS requirements on reporting for annual training matrix.-Train and assist in vessels Internal Audit, Safety Equipment's inspection ,Pre -external Audit-Train and assist vessel in OVID close out and completing OVPQ to OCIMF-Assist Vessel to maintain good house keeping, Food inspection, Inventory management, Bridge Management on record keeping, Certification (Vessel and Crew). Navigation Management (Chart correction,Publication,Official Log boos) and officers proper handovers).-Conduct regular training and drill on Environmental pollution prevention and garbage management.-Train and assist vessel in compliance to Ship Security Plan Requirements and conducting drill on regularly bases.-Conduct regular training on MLC 2006 compliance and compliant procedure.-Attend clients meeting as required by QHSE Manager/Marine Manager, port stay planning-Conduct training on reporting Incident/accident on board, discuss lessons learned from incidents with crew onboard-Participate in the Emergency Response Team.-Conduct mandatory regularly training as following :(Fire and Abandon Ship, MOB (Man Over Board) ,Lost Steering and Rescue boat launching ,LSA ,FFA SOPEP and Inventory, Rescue From Enclosed Spaces, ISM ship to shore drill exercise (yearly), ISPS ship to ship drill exercise (yearly).-Conduct regulatory training lessons as following :(An Introduction - PPE, Safety Awareness, Understanding, Safety and Technique – Hand Tools, The Safe Use of Ladders, Eye Safety / Hand Tool Safety, First Aid – CPR ,Quality of JSA Job Safety Analysis (improved crew of task , identify of hazard/asses risk, mitigation/control measure.The difference Unsafe Condition/Act (BBS), Hazard Observation, Hazard Hunt, Near Miss and Accident/incident.
