  In the beginning I have worked as a Language Assistant in the JRT (Joint Registration Task Force), whereas after that I use to work as a Language Assistant for OSCE / Election pillar during the first Kosovo local elections. After the said elections, I got promoted as election Trainer by OSCE / Training Department and worked in 2001 Kosovo Elections.

  Administrative Assistant

  From November 2001 until January 31st 2009, I was assigned in position of administrative (language) assistant in the Vushtri Police Station – Kosovo KPS Coordination office dedicated for FTO (Field Training Officers) till 2005 when I have been assigned to Directorate of Major Crime, Police and Justice, where I translated official documents, agreements, correspondence and noteworthy newspaper articles related to war and multiethnic committed crimes. Also I use to accompany the investigative officers on field trips and interpret at various scenes and meetings with interlocutors.My experience with this department have made me be more familiar with political development and different perspectives on different events that accrued throughout Post-war Kosovo, this has been a unique experience because I had to work with people displaces and the once in Kosovo at the initial stage of different major Kosovo processes. During this time I had to work closely with governmental and nongovernmental institutions and organisations, especially with different community and municipality representatives from different areas in Kosovo to coordinate the activities we were undertaking in their backyard. This has developed my skills and competences in the field of conflict analyses and situation analytical report writing. Show less
