  Assessment of enforcement system is seleced tiger landscapes: Wayand Wildlife Sanctuary, Kerala

  * Conducted Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of Wayanad Forest department and assessment of the present enforcement system. * Coordinated interviews of the 4 Range Officers, 16 Section Forest Officers, 39 Beat Forest Officers, 3 Reserve Forest Officers, 6 Tribal Watchers, 27 Anti-Poaching Watchers and 5 Mahouts in Wayanad district was conducted to understand how patrolling was conducted on a daily basis.* Conducted field visit to generate field-based feedback in the core areas of Wayanad wildlife sanctuary.* Undertook Data validation, cleaning and analysis tasks and presented findings to different stakeholders and provided constructive feedback to Kerala forest department.   * Supported in setting up of 800 micro enterprises in non-farm sector under SVEP pilot project.* Functionalized SVEP pilot project with two reputed project implementation agencies namely, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad (EDII) and Kudumshree NRO. * Worked as a liaison between Block Resource Centre (BRC), Block Enterprise Promotion Committee (BEPC) and Community Resource Person – Enterprise Promotion (CRP-EP). * Timely collection, preparation, deliverance, evaluation, and analysis of Management Information Systems. * Provided hand-holding support to entrepreneurs in marketing, fund utilisation, futuristic ideas and expansion plans and convergence of entrepreneurs with government flagship schemes.* Supported the Performance Tracking System (PTS) of more than 300 enterprises and provided professional guidance and analysis. * Setup Block Resource Centre as per government rules and regulations. * Hosted SVEP Beta software release training for NRLM team in Karahal, Sheopur.* Overlooked the repayment of the funds released under SVEP and budget head calculations and provided futuristic insights for effective and efficient running of the project.
